An update & massive thank you!!

Max wants to say a big thank you to everyone who has sent him messages since his accident on Sunday. He has enjoyed reading them all and we have found the support very touching.

Apart from a little ache, he has no ill effects from the crash and was in school Monday morning as normal. We knew he wasn’t suffering too much, when he wanted to go straight on his sim when we got home from the track Sunday night 🙂

As well as the lovely messages, Max has been bowled over by the kindness and generosity of a few people, which have helped to get him back racing again. In no particular order he would like to say a big thank you to the following friends & family who have helped in replacing the chassis. Richard & Sherrie-Ann, Nicola & Daniel Whear, Kuljit Pahal, Grandma & Grandad and of course Nana. Dad doesn’t get a mention which is normal.

Max also has a new sponsor in Lavender Hall Autos, who have kindly replaced his data logger and the engines cylinder head. Lastly Max has been very lucky to receive some support from BTCC star Tom Ingram and with help and the help of Arai UK, we have a new helmet on the way too. As soon as the season is over, we will get it sent off to the legend that is Jason at JLF Designs, for a new paint job.

We have a replacement suit on the way and this one will have a few new logos on in recognition of his new sponsors. Hopefully Max will be our testing on Sunday to get ready for the last round of the Daniel Ricciardo Series the following weekend at Hooton Park.
